Fitness Tuesday!

Okay, so on Tuesday we did insanity. We hadn't done insanity for a long time, in fact i believe it was our first time doing insanity this year. I think i did okay on this Fitness activity. I could tell that at some points i would die out and stop a little bit before i was supposed too. I think i find this Fitness activity particularly hard. I think everyones participation in this activity was particularly low. This activity involves a lot of muscular strength and your basically working your body and doing various moves to work on certain body parts, which could be legs, core, or even arms. I think we mostly worked on legs and core though. Overall this activity is pretty hard and i was quite disappointed with my results afterward. I was still sweating and red but i know i can do better! The next time we do insanity i am going to put all my effort in and try my very best! (:

  1. Why disappointed? Its okay to get tired... especially in a super tough activity. What we want is to learn to be comfortable and confident when we get to that point so that we can work through some of it and reap the benefits. Remember you need to break your body down a bit for it to come back stronger.
