Beep Test

Okay so it was the first beep test of the year and I didnt like my results at all. I get it, it’s the first one but I definitely know I could do better, and I would really like to improve. One of my goals will definitely be to improve on this because I know I can do better. Below are my scores:

Beep Test: 4
T-Test: 13:53
Max Vertical: 235-210= 25
Board Touches: 19
Flexibility: 0
Push Ups: 2
Body Bridge: 35 seconds

  1. Okay Simran… love the videos. Wondering what a 4 on the beep tells you about your cardio? What did you get last year? How specifically can you "improve"? What will be enjoyable and sustainable for you AND boost your fitness?

  2. I really like how you put videos and pictures into your post- it makes your learning evident. I think that next time explain ways you want to improve and get better. However, your doing a great job!
