On October 1 2014 we did a weight room workout except we did it in the small gym. I worked out with Hardil, Nimrit and Janelle! It was a wonderful experience because we all worked out together and on the same thing; flexibility and core. We did many exercises like ab workouts, skipping, and squats. It was a good experience and it was really fun because we were all motivating each other and enjoying ourselves. It was the first exercise for P.E so it started off well but then got tiring. It was 30 second holds, but at the end I left 5 seconds before. I really have to work on the endurance part because it does get tiring, but I have to remember to keep going.
