Healthy Eating

I got hungry, and wanted some kind of snack- instead of having junk, I ate strawberries! I personally love strawberries, and eat them often. I've noticed my eating become healthier, and I'm quite happy and proud of it.

  1. I like that you noticed it… I want to know why? If we can isolate the motivation and the mechanism we can replicate it WAY more often. As someone who isn't "fond" of fitness your diet is perhaps the most critical aspect of long term health habit choices. Let's do it. Even though PE is over there is so many ways we can work on this. You are smart enough to do it without me but I am happy to help if you write me too.
